My dealer said that it will only be available online next week, but if you click on the "Heritage" link it takes you to the 2023 builds. Then you can change the Model and all the 2023 options are there.

The '23 build and price has been available since the 21st. Its at the bottom of the build and price page under Future Vehicles. All the models are there when you open it up.

I feel like I’m asking a noob question but if we already ordered a 2022 with the build sheet priced out, does that price still hold firm or are these the new prices we’ll have to pay if we convert?

Ford has said they will be offering some sort of price protection based on when you originally placed your order. BUT, neither we nor the dealers have the full details yet.
