First timer here.

2-Door Cactus Grey Big Bend was delivered to my dealership today. I feel like I totally lucked out in that I had no delays after reading some folks stories.

Here is my timeframe:
- Ordered: 10/18/21
- Production: 04/18/22
- Build Complete: 05/05/22
- Shipped: 05/06/22
- Arrived at Dealership: 05/18/22
- Picking Up: 05/20/22

You’re so lucky….I ordered a 2 door Big Bend same day as you, manufactured 3/15 and still sitting ina lot at the MAP awaiting transport. 60+ days to get a rail car……and they just keep pushingmy delivery back another week, every week since early April.
Niw expected 6/3. I’ll believe it when I actually see it. Sad.

Dealer allocations play a big role in how these are being delivered. A buddy of mine who 2nd week (if I remember correctly) is at a very small dealer and is still waiting on his 2 dr. Base Squatch. Unfortunately everything is intertwined from commodity down to allocation. Throw in the fact that it's not the 5,000 people who put in an order for that year (I just made that number up, but most sales in past were dealership stock, not custom orders), for the Bronco it was 150k custom orders, and that's why allocations play a huge role here.

If it's shipping via Convoy, 2+ months doesn't surprise me. Blame the shortage of truck drivers on that one. Rail has been moving much much quicker.

It has to go by rail first……then convoy. But it’s still at the plant, 2+ months later.
