Overhead molle panel

On another thread, I mentioned ordering an overhead molle panel from Backcountry. It arrived quickly, I installed it, and couldn't figure out why it was designed to hang so low. I wanted it to sit just under my top and hang things out of the way, soooo....
I bought some small black pipe, cut it into 2 1/2" lengths, got some 3" 1/4x20 cap screws and lifted it up to where I thought it should be.
