Head out to West Virginia 4Fest at Ace Adventure Resort for classes, off-roading, vendors, prizes, outdoor adventures like rafting/ziplining/climbing/paintball, and more! The fun kicks off on Friday at 5PM with "NightFest" and picks back up on Sunday morning. Broncos and Sports welcome; registration required.

I've only been to Detroit 4Fest, and in the 4Fest FAQs for WV, they don't list any state/park requirements like they do for Michigan's Holly Oaks, so I would assume no. However, they do have a link to ask more questions!
