This is a trail that is on the Bronco Trail app and I've been wanting to do it again. Could be a good way to learn the app.
Event details
This is open to everyone - all years and all sizes of Bronco's and I will NOT turn away non-Broncos. Sports may be able to make it. I've done it in a '95 Wrangler, but it had a 2" lift and 31" mud terrain tires - so an all-terrain or mud-terrain tire will be needed.
Meet at the lot next to the Family Dollar in San Ysidro - on Hwy 550. We will leave there at 9:30 am and head west on Hwy 550. The turn off for the trail is about 1/2 way to Cuba-mile marker 52. It is where old Hwy 44 was.
Bring water and lunch. Bring you GMRS radio if you have one. Bring recovery gear. Extra parts and tools if you have them and can bring them. Bring your Bronco Trail app. Sun screen and something to shade you could be a good idea.
We should be done with the trail by about 3pm, if there are no problems, so expect possibly 5pm or later.

Great fun today! Great weather! June and still under 90 is rare! 3 Badsquatches, 2 Wildtraks, 1 Big Bend, 1 Sport and 1 '75.
Fun little trail. Sport was doing amazing, but then split the sidewall. Got the spare on and we got him off the trail after we had lunch. A couple others headed back to town with him. The rest of us ran the loop backwards. Beautiful views from the top of the mesa.
