Thinking about coming to Mt Holly. Driving from NJ to my first event. Originally from the area.

It was a good time at Detroit WinterFest this year! Unlike '23, this part of MI was graced with snow.

I got to hang out with @alyd09, and BN/Michigan Bronco Club members Jason and Bill, and Ford Performance brought out a couple Broncos. Aly knows Holly Oaks better than I do, so I asked her to hop in mine, then we swapped and I rode passenger in hers for the second half of the day.

We came in shortly after the gates opened, so we still got to the snow before it was packed down. Parts of it were deep and loose, and some of the trails a little icy. It was cold (7-11f), but the turnout was great, and I think we all had fun playing and watching others -- everyone loves donuts on the ice of The Flats (and seeing/doing recoveries).

Fun event, and fun to experience Holly Oaks a different way (my first time in snow there). Keep it in mind for next year!
