Join Northeast Bronco Nation for an exciting 2-day event exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.

This event is free with the exception of park passes and registration for the sunset ride up Cadillac mountain.
Open to all Broncos and generations.

GMRS Radios are required for communication along the route.

Lodgings can be pricey in Bar Harbor; we recommend booking in advance via sites like booking.com or hotels.com

Camping

Wild Iris Farm:
Tenting and travel trailer parking available on 35 acres (front lawn, fields, or woods).
Facilities: Water and electricity available; no full hookups or showers. Porta-potty on site.
Cost: Porta-potty rental divided by campers (approx. $150 total for the weekend).
RSVP: Please notify the host by 9/1/26 if staying at the farm.

Hadley Point Campground:
Offers tent sites ($43-$50/night), full hookup RV sites ($86/night), and private cabins ($155/night).
Facilities: Full services including showers, bathhouses, and a pool.

Blackwoods Campground (National Park):
Cost: $30/night. Includes running water and toilets; paid showers are available 0.5 miles away.

Hotels
Trenton (~8 miles away): Acadia Gateway Motel (cabins) approx. $150/night.
Ellsworth (~20 miles away): $225-$350/night. Acadia Village Resorts offers townhomes/condos with kitchens for ~$300/night.
Bar Harbor: $300-$700/night. The High Seas Motel is a budget option (~$429 for two nights).

Park Passes & Fees
All attendees require a park pass. The most economical option is the 7-day pass for $35. Purchase at:

Cadillac Summit Vehicle Pass: Required for vehicle access to Cadillac Mountain. Cost is $6 and must be booked in advance. Purchase Here.

Day-by-Day Itinerary (subject to change)

Friday: September 18th
Afternoon: Hotel check-in.
6:00pm – 10:00pm: Welcome dinner at Wild Iris Farm. Fresh Lobster, Oysters, or Grilled Chicken. Includes sides and dessert. Bring your own beverages and chairs. (Rain location: Oyster Bar, Bar Harbor).

Saturday: September 19th
7:00am: Breakfast at Jordan Restaurant, Bar Harbor.
8:00am: Meet at Town Pier.
9:00am – 10:30am: Explore Southwest Harbor, Sea Wall, and
Bass Harbor Lighthouse.
11:00am – 12:00pm: Explore the Sand Bar at low tide.
12:00pm – 1:00pm: Lunch at Thirsty Whale or Atlantic Brewing Company.
1:00pm – 5:30pm: Acadia Loop Road: Sand Beach, Thunder Hole, Jordan Pond House, etc.
5:30pm – 7:30pm: Cadillac Mountain sunset (Sunset at 6:38pm). Vehicle reservations required.
7:45pm – 9:00pm: Dinner at Paddy’s Restaurant.

Sunday: September 20th
Morning: Breakfast on your own.
8:00am: Meet at Hulls Cove Park entrance.
9:30am – 11:30am: Explore Schoodic Peninsula.
11:30am – 12:30pm: Lunch at Pickled Wrinkle; weekend concludes.
