Ford has updated the Bronco Build & Price site for MY22 mid-year options. Customers can now configure a 2022 Bronco Everglades and Bronco Raptor online. Additionally, the B&P site update introduces the HOSS 3.0 system for Wildtrak.

New MY22 Series

Ford has previously announced the Bronco Everglades and the Bronco Raptor as special-edition vehicles, with both series available to order in March 2022 with a summer 2022 start of delivery.

Customers can configure their vehicle options online and work with their dealer to complete their order.

HOSS 3.0 for Wildtrak

Up until now, customers have been exposed to three versions of Ford’s High-Performance Off-Road Stability Suspension system:

  • Version 1.0, standard on 2022 Bronco Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, and Black Diamond
  • Version 2.0, standard on 2022 Bronco Badlands, Wildtrak, Everglades, and Sasquatch-equipped Broncos
  • Version 4.0, standard on 2022 Bronco Raptor

Now, Ford is revealing the HOSS 3.0 system, available as an option on the MY22 Wildtrak. The new package is designed to take on the desert’s whoops with FOX 2.5-inch Internal Bypass Dampers, the Ford Performance Severe-Duty upgraded steering rack from Bronco Raptor, and upgraded inner and outer tie rods. A rear stabilizer bar has been added as well. The revisions result in off-road competition-inspired spring rates and improved on-road and off-road ride and handling performance.

Adding the HOSS 3.0 package ($2,515) to your order gives you the Capable powder-coated front bumper with tow hooks, front steel bash plate, and integrated fog lamps, upgraded steering rack, motor and tie rods, and rear stabilizer bar.

Exclusive Options, Available for Those Waiting

Importantly, Ford has promised that the MY22 Bronco Everglades and the HOSS 3.0 option on MY22 Wildtrak will be available only to unscheduled order holders. The company will not be building stock for dealers in MY22, and these new options will not affect production for those waiting on another series.

Similarly, the majority of MY22 Bronco Raptor production will go waiting customers. Ford sent an email to unconverted registration holders and unscheduled order holders to understand interest. Customers were chosen by reservation timestamp.
