White Roof

Maybe we'll see an example at Bronco Super Celebration East. At the very least we'll know when B&P is released.

Unless I missed something, a white roof has not been confirmed. No Bronco roofs are metal.

Be nice is the white top pretty close to oxford white so can save some $$$.

We all hope not. Hoping for a molded in color white.

I have begged to have a white roof and interior. I read somewhere that Ford is going to offer a white top and and white/grey interior. I begged because the first gen, Bronco was WHITE and had an accent color. There wasn't a black top Bronco. Black gets hot in the summer, lol. My parents had two Springtime Yellow Galaxie 500 convertibles 1966 and 1970, lest the '66 was called that. (mother loved that yellow) Both with black interiors, but white tops. They were super hot with the top down. But we kids loved them! AWESOME cars. Learned to drive on the '70. It was a loaded. Mom forced dad to buy that '70, 'cause he was buying a demo '69 F-100 Ranger, Burnt Orange color. The convertible had white roof, it was on the Ford dealer's showroom floor. It was loaded. Bucket seats, console, A/C, AM/FM RADIO!!!!! It even had cruise control metal buttons in the steering wheel! It's weird it didn't have a power seat but it had power window and locks. ALL metal buttons, or switches I should say. But the most awesome thing was, it was a 4v 429 V-8. That car would smoke its rear tire. I drove it to school, I had to take my much younger brother to the babysitter. Mom worked. Nobody then thought much of that big boat. But it would haul A! I wish I had that car now. It would DRINK gas like an Irishman does Ale. (I'm part Irish) Sorry don't want to offend. Wow got on a wild tangent, sorry. Just I really want a WHITE , solid WHITE BRONCO! Wimbledon White, Please Ford.

I had a white 1995 with white top (OJ Simpson edition), I’d never get another white top! Total PITA to keep looking good.

I'm very interested in the white roof. I believe it's been confirmed. I guess the question is, will it be a modular plastic or metal? Would much rather it shine like metal...

If it's molded in color you don't have to be as careful when washing it. Painted just do as you would the body. Wash and keep a good coat of wax on it.

Any white top offering would be painted white, not MIC/exposed plastic.

And why do you say would be painted?? Do you know something we don't?? The current MIC is carbonized gray. No reason it can't be molded in white.

Confirmed through Ford employee some time back. 66-77 roofs were metal. :LOL:
