96% sure this will be my final build

Taking a cue from @Deano Bronc , here's my build. I honestly didn't really know about the buildup to the Bronco launch prior to July 13.. (I ended up reserving on July 20) ..I was floored when I saw it. I've always been a 'sports car' kinda guy (My current car is a 2016 Ecoboost Mustang, the one before that was a 2012 Mustang, the one before that was a 94 Miata that I did multiple track days in, etc) .. but the Bronco caught my attention. I love the looks - they did an amazing job with the retro design but with a modern twist. The obvious work they put into R&D on this really shows on the testing videos - proving that this isn't just a pig with lipstick. Initially I thought I'd want the OBX - since this will be mostly a commuter vehicle with some off road adventures - but the more I look at options, builds, and think about what I want to do - I've landed on the Badlands trim level (as many have). I'll be outfitting mine as a 4 door with the 2.7 and probably Sasquatch package, with the high trim level interior. I'm totally cool with the gray hard top - I think it looks good with the Velocity Blue. I honestly think the 2.3 will be perfectly capable of moving it along nicely (it's the same engine I have in my Mustang - and with a tune and a couple goodies, it keeps up with new Mustang GT's), but for such a nominal price, it seemed to make sense to go with the 2.7.

My wife and I love to do road trips along the coast (we live in California) - there are plenty of places to go explore on the coast, and even heading into Nevada/Death Valley area - lots of places to go explore. I'm looking forward to taking our road trips to a new level, and places we haven't been able to go in a lowered Mustang - and while we don't have kids - I am an automotive photographer, and want the extra storage room for when I need to throw my gear in for a shoot
