I have noticed paint chipping on my 2023 Big Bend Sport. First I noticed it around the body panels and now I have a chip on the driver side door above the handle. Has anyone been having issues with that?

Ford makes a nice color-matching chip paint pen. I live on a gravel road and have chips in the lower parts of the doors that I have repaired. Tires pick up gravel rocks, and throw them out once on the highway.

My 2024 outer banks has a chip about half the size of a dime next to the headlight in the paint. I’m not sure how to fill it to get it back level with surface

These things are bricks on wheels. They are notorious for rock chips on the front end, windshields breaking, bugs on the windshield and spitting rocks up the sides. PPF, windshield protection film, aero hood deflector, mud flaps and side steps will all help. I went with full PPF, WPF and running boards. So far so good
