I'm thinking of bringing my son who is still 17 so I'll wait until he turns 18 so he can drive. Is the fee only for driving guests? Can you bring other guests without a fee (like my wife) that just stay at the "lodge" and so forth?

Any other practical information about when and what to do, what to expect, etc.?

If you are talking about the Off Rodeo, from what I learned, yes, the fee to bring a person is the same whether they are driving or not, even just guests. Now if you wife is just staying on an off-site lodge you wouldn't have to pay the off-rodeo fee for that.

The fee is for anyone that attends Off Roadeo with you, whether they drive or not. My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Texas Off Roadeo this past Summer. Good food, fun people, great trail driving and learned a great deal about the capabilities of the Bronco! Highly recommend!

I believe it is a little cheaper if the guest is not going to drive. I think right now they are offering a discount for guests, for a limited time.
