I love hearing so many of you are going so soon! I'll do a full write-up for sure. I loved it. Texas has historically been my favorite, thanks to the varied terrain and the ride and handling course, but Tennessee came in hot!
It's a gorgeous property, for starters. The lake alone is worth seeing. The towns around it, with their mountain views, are a nice precursor, and it's hard to beat a TN sunrise and sunset! Getting there from TYS airport is incredibly quick, and only about a half hour from there to the property. There is also plenty to do outdoors in the surrounding areas -- hiking, caves, mountain biking, and more.
The trails are exciting -- I was challenged, thanks to the slick mud on inclines, and there are so many practical driving aspects to this one. You'll get really good at articulation, left-foot braking, and line choice in the rock gardens as well. We got to get out the traction boards for all four Broncos in my group (starting with me 😈). And like Texas, they have a ride and handling course so you can get to know the suspension and steering on your Bronco or Sport at slightly higher speeds.
Like the other four Bronco Off-Roadeo locations, the guides and staff are amazing. I love how each one brings their own expertise to the trails.
The merch is great, and Basecamp is beautifully done.
I can't wait to go back!! I'm so excited to hear what you all think very soon. I fully believe you're going to have the best time.
(And I didn't ask about the fish in the lake, but when we were there for Sport media day, Ford had brought out a fly fishing instructor).
I'm going to leave pics light, 1) because I was driving most the day, and 2) I want you to see some of it fresh for yourself!
