Hello everyone! Me, my sister and brother are going to be attending the NH Off Rodeo June 20th, It'll be our first time doing any kind of off roading and I'm honestly a little nervous about it mostly because I just got my Badlands and have only ever done NYC driving but I'm equally excited to christen it with some off roading.

I've read a few other posts on the forum but my question is does anyone have any tips for first timers at the NH Off Rodeo? We are going to be staying at a nearby hotel but is there anything we should bring for the experience?

Nervousness and excited are basically the same emotion! You're going to have such a good time, seriously. People go out with no experience at Off-Roadeo all the time and still learn a ton and do great. The Bronco does most of the work for you; you just need to listen and watch your guide, and that takes care of the rest.

Wear sturdy footwear, and bring bug spray, especially for NH. The black flies can get bad at certain times of the year. A backpack with a rain coat, phone charger, and any other essentials like medication can be easily carried around or tossed in the Bronco. They do have lovely disposable ponchos if you end up on a day like we did once 😂

And just to clarify, because of one sentence above -- if you're doing the complimentary owner experience, you'll drive one of their Broncos on the trails, leaving yours in perfect shape in the parking lot where it can get its first battle scar another day. If you're doing the Bring Your Own Bronco, then yes, you will be in your own! You may already know that, but you'd also be surprised at how many people show up thinking they have to drive their own for the owner day.
