Ford Pass points from dealer accessories?

Bought a hood scoop from a dealer parts department - should that receive Ford Pass points as long as your phone number/e-mail is attached to the sale?
I was thinking anything purchased thru Ford should be receiving points.

I know when I went to use pass points, they looked up via email

I was finally able to locate a telephone number to call - well, actually the 3rd number plus two transfers!! LoL
Buying accessories at a dealer counter does not earn Ford Pass points.

Ordering the same part online from Ford will earn points..
Seems kinda silly but I guess Ford doesnt like the middle-man for everything...
