Roof rack instalation

I just got my ome roof rack (finally) but there is no paperwork, website, or qr code anywhere.

Seems pretty simple, but I'm trying to find the torque specs and stuff. Anyone have put one on to spec yet?

Also should I locktight them if I'm planning on taking it off when the roof comes off, twice a month so far in the winter so probably often in the summer.

None of the dealerships had any info for me so any help would be appreciated.
