Radio help

I purchased a used 2021 Bronco Black diamond with 14.5k miles, the bronco is gold certified from ford. It is a great vehicle. I have had a problem since I drove the truck off the lot, the radio. The radio does not show the station bar (save stations), display is funky and other glitches. The dealership has tried to solve the problem but it is a ford problem…I am prisoner to ford. they are waiting for the engineers to update the software. It could be updated in 2 days or 6 months. I have had the truck for 4 weeks and no update. I am asking for a new radio. I am so frustrated, what are your suggestions? Thank you!
