How To Install Bronco AWE Exhaust

I just finished up installing the new 0FG Exhaust System from AWE on our Bronco and this thing sounds great. The install was super quick and easy, and I was easily able to do it on the ground with basic tools(you may want to grab an exhaust hanger removal tool as this was the hardest part). The stock exhaust system is removed with literally just a few bolts. Side note, the stock muffler is huge weighs in at 23lbs! I chose to go with the Dual black 4.5" Exhaust tips for my system. I think I did the entire install in about an hour including time to film which always makes projects exponentially longer! Please let me know if you have any questions or I can help with any install questions.

Nice vid. Thanks for sharing. Looks great and sounds great. Two things I like.
1. All the space freed up by the large muffler delete for air tank or other…
2. Can order with just bash guard. I don’t think I like the idea of swapping out my exhaust each time I hit a trail!

have you run with just bash guard? Any exhaust note changes?

I have not switched to the bash guard yet, but I can say I have a similar setup from AWE for my Gladiator and I don’t notice any change in sound when I switch to the trail pipe.

Ours is a 2.7 but the same exhaust works for both motors.

I’m just wondering about what kind of sound i would get from a 2.3

Here is AWE’s video showing the 2.3 sound:

0-60 is slower than my Focus. 1.5 seconds of turbo lag and no boost to speak of below 3000 rpm no boost at all below 2100. What mode was this thing in? I hope it wasn't sport
