I am having an issue trying to get the global close feature in Forscan to work. The PDM and the DDM modules keep getting interrupted when trying to write. Anyone know how to make it work or point me in the right direction. I haven't found much info.

I turned on global closed but I am trying to get it close with press and hold. I have it set in forscan but when I press lock on the remote it just closes the windows and I do not have to hold. Any help would be appreciated.
