I have had my Bronco since October and evidently still have no idea how to activate or use my connected navigation. I’ve read the information documented in my FordPass App but I just don’t get it. My wife and I went on an awesome ride recently through a wildlife management area and forest service roads. We lost connectivity and had to wing it. I specifically ordered my Black Diamond with the Connected Built in Nav. Can somebody offer a little guidance. Thanks

Did you ever figure it out? I can't seem to. On my FordPass app it says "pending activation". How does one "activate" it?!

Really easy to use with the touch screen on your Bronco. I just used mine on the Blue Ridge Parkway this week when I had no cellular connection. It allows you to type in a destination and put in if you want only paved roads or combo of on or off road. It worked perfectly and gave me an awesome 12 mile off road course to drive using 4 Hi, then on to the Hwy to get back to Asheville.

I setup Ford Connect at the dealer when I picked up my Bronco, I just followed the screen prompts and Navigation was one of the items that always shows up at the bottom of my screen next to CarPlay. I'll take a screen shot and post it for you.

Here are some screen shots of mine, Lots of options in the settings, worst case scenario you might have to go back to the dealer to help but I had no issues setting up mine and now I'm playing with all the potential settings. If you are looking for a great app for off-roading AllTrails is really good because it gives you multiple options to download a hike or off-road trail and play it via CarPlay or whatever you're using. We used it to find both hikes and off-road trails for the Bronco.IMG_1064.jpegIMG_1065.jpegIMG_1066.jpegIMG_1067.jpeg

Thanks for sharing! I have all those pages, but for some reason some of the options are not available. I'll double check with the dealer. We love AllTrails app as well! Use it a lot for hiking.

FYI, for anyone else that might run into this problem, the solution was:
delete your Bronco from the FordPass app and then re-add it. Everything works fine now.

You're right, but brand manager Matt confirmed at Super Cel West it won't be out this year after all.
