Does a 37" spare tire tire require any special mods like a relocation kit? I'm about to move up in size after suspension change and want to make sure the 37 will fit on the stock spare tire mount.

You need a 3rd brake light extension, but that's it. There are a few companies that make them. Rough Country, RTR, DV8 Offroad, etc.
According to the integration guide, the "maximum recommended door weight" is 133 lbs. But it's not super clear on exactly what that means. Do the mean the maximum carrying capacity of the tailgate?? Do they mean the weight of the tailgate itself? Or does that 133 lbs include the door, the spare tire, and accessories?? I have no idea if I'm being honest... all I know is the the stock Sasquatch wheels weigh around 85 lbs. and if your new wheel/tire combo will be dramatically heavier than that, you may want to consider reinforcing the tailgate.

Great info! Thank you!

You definitely want to reinforce that tailgate.

My 37's with Methods weigh in at 105lbs so I had to reinforce/relocate. I'm using JCR Offroad's option. Pretty simple install. Includes all the hardware and extension plate for the taillight.

What about the bumpers that go between the tailgate and the tire? Do they supply you with different ones or did you modify them yourself?
Left the stock ones there. The relocation actually raises the tire 2" and out 1".

If you are not going to rotate this tire- only do a 4- tire rotation you could put a 35" for the spare and not have to change anything and it keeps your rear view maximized. this is what my Brother did as an alternative to doing a spare tire delete. remember that would only be a spare and used as a donut would be used since it is a different size.

No drilling required. They do recommend two people to ensure the door is realigned when mounting the plate. What's not mentioned in the below install video was that I had to disconnect the strut to help with the realignment. Then again, I did it myself which was a pain. The real hard part was mounting the 105lb spare solo!

If you read the information it clearly states the maximum for all the doors. Looks to be total weight. I don’t think anyone is planning to add 62 pounds of gear to their 2dr’s doors. These doors are made out of aluminum and are not that heavy.
Structure of the rear gate has proven to be weak but I think the hinges are the limiting factor. Nobody is upgrading those like Ford did on the Raptor.

100%. The view out the back of mine is definitely reduced with the 37". You figure 1.5" taller tire (true 37 vs stock 34.5) and the relocation bracket lifts the tire another 2". 3.5" of visibility gone....If I had went with bead locks or Method's new "bead grip" wheels (both too pricey for me), I would have probably went with a spare tire delete.
