I wasn't too sure what how it messed up the hose, since I didn't read the whole post on B6G, but I read enough to check and it was totally resting up against the pulley.

I'm not sure if it was just a batch of them cuz I picked up mine back in January (basesquatch) which I just fixed yesterday, thank God mine wasnt ripped up yet, but my friend got his last week (badlands no squatch) and had the same issue.

It's an easy and cheap enough fix to just make sure.

I mean, to me, a Bronco Sport Escape isn’t really a Bronco. Heck, even a 4-dr Bronco isn’t actually a Bronco.

There is an overheating issue with the 2.7 bronco. One of the radiator hoses rests up against a pulley bolt and I'm assuming the heat melts the hose and leaks the fluid. Quick fix is to zie tie the hose out of the way. Sorry I don't have pictures.
Dang. I wish I had seen this yesterday. I took mine on it's first longish trip. Drove about 2 hours straight and then it started getting hot. As I was pulling off at the exit it overheated. Luckily for me there was an advanced auto parts and a Ford dealer right off the exit. Neither helped me get it home, however as it's still 2 hours away at the Ford dealer and it's going to be 2+ weeks before they can even look at it. Ugh.
