Considering the price, equipment, and room (especially the 4 doors) I wonder how many departments start using Broncos for patrol duty? I'm thinking they'll be perfect for Forest Service/Park Ranger/County Sheriff/Military Police/Security duty out where the pavement ends. A base model with the black steel wheels from the Black Diamond trim. cloth seats, rubber floor mats, heavy duty cooling, suspension, and electrical would be sweet. Better off road than an Explorer, smaller than an F150.
I'll be keeping an eye out on Gov surplus sites in the next 5-6 years.
