I realize this is a nuance not likely important to many....but any of you guys have info/guesses as to whether these will be removable?

Anything is removable if you have the right motivation! (likely duct tape would be required for attachment thereafter)
Seriously though, I have no idea.

The answer is, yes, they are removable. The real question however, is will Ford make them easily removable for the end-user?

I've got 100K+ miles on my Jeep Renegade Trailhawk and probably 100 of those miles had anyone in rear seats. The totally flat Renegade load floor is ideal for a couple of dog crates. I'm trying to see if I can make Bronco meet my needs, but I'm not encouraged by the image below. The rear seat cushions swivel up on a hinges - so they might be unscrewable...if I can get those nasty headrests off, I might be able to live with the 4" step that divides the load floor.

As mentioned, they may be removable but it looks like the seat cover would need to come off. Too bad they aren't the adjustable ones like the fronts but I guess it would be hard to make them flip then.

I wish they would have made them flip forward, making them go underneath when the seat back is folded down. Seems like there would have been room for that. Such a nuisance to have them protruding into that valuable rear cargo area.

Ford is either arrogant, inexperienced, or just plain dumb. I think they'll find many folks will prefer Wrangler's totally flat load floor. In fact, that is perhaps the foundational dynamic in the SUV segment.
