I have issues with my 2023 Big Bend soft top The windows shake when about a quarter of the way down. They said that this is a known issue and can't be fixed at this time. Does anybody else have issues with theirs?

it's not new and just something you have to deal with. The fixes you will see will be temporary fixes including the one where you tighten the bolts on the bottom of the door.

Mine does the same thing, one of my mechanic friends said the window might be slightly off track. But if it’s a known issue, that might not be an issue.

Mine does it when in the full upright/closed position too. Quite unnerving. When driving through the passes with side winds they literally sound like they're going to break off and they can be visibly seen shaking like mad.

Mine rattle when down too. Thinks it’s just something that happens to all.

Yes they do sound like that. Mine only does when 1/4 a way down. I agree I always feel like they are going to break very frustrating 😕

Man walks into doctor’s office, says, “doc, it hurts when I move my arm.” Doctor answers, “then don’t move your arm, that will be $100.”

Man goes to dealership, tells service manager, “my window shakes when it is partially rolled down.” Service manager says, “then don’t roll it down, that will be $100.”

I get that, however mine does it when 100% up and closed.

Glad to know we are all in good company with our window issues. I always wondered about it just like the flaw in the center of the steering wheel. 😀

not a flaw, this is the seam where the airbag deploys. well, i guess it is a flaw because i've never had others be visible to this degree.

No kidding! You are the first person to identify this. There was a forum at least a year and a half ago that discussed what that was on the steering wheel. Nobody mentioned the airbag. Good to know.

While it has been talked about, and it isn’t a new issue, it still shouldn’t be a visible seam. Not sure how long you have had your Bronco for, but they should replace it without any issue. That is if it is still under warranty.

I have had my Bronco since February 2022. I never considered the steering wheel to be an issue along with the windows shaking. I just thought it was part of the vehicle until it is brought to my attention with the various forums that owners post. .

My '09 Mustang also has door window movement when partially down. Neither the Bronco or Mustang make any noise when that happens.

It's not a visible seam so much as it is an actual unintended crack @Ford Motor Company 's willingness to warranty them was hit and miss then flat out refusing.
