sorry about the picture size, still learning the ropes.
So I always wanted to add a winch but opted for the ADD bumper and 30" built in light bar. I took six months to research, contemplate and decide how best to add a winch. The answer was in a Harbor Freight winch mount bracket which was just the right shape and size to work with. I also added some fabricated pieces from Tractor Supply to support the bracket. The result is a solid mount with reinforcements that is barely visible and doesn't detract from the overall look.
I used oversize stainless steel bolts throughout but may go back and weld the bracket n the bumper if I feel comfortable enough.

Wow, your Bronco is seriously impressive! The tough ADD bumper and sleek light bar make such a perfect match. Thanks for sharing your ride with us!

I made the pic a little bigger, @glennmann -- just click it after uploading, hit the ruler icon, and type the word full in place of 300px if you want images full size.
I'm glad you found a setup that works for you! Did you change out the rear bumper, too?

No changes to the rear bumper because I liked the license plate treatment. I attached a pic of the engine as well. Thanks for the tips.

Interesting engine cover. What's the scoop on that?

Some manufacturer has available 2.3L Ford engine covers which is made to simply bolt on the smaller Bronco engine (it's possible the initial design was for the Mustang engine). I believe I purchased this on eBay. Without the cover, the engine bay looked really "busy". I addition, the cover also minimizes the time it takes to clean the engine of dust and crud. The built in opening allows easy access to the dipstick. Really well designed.

Nice setup, just FYI, the 6G bumper mounting plates are not very strong. If you have to use the winch, the binding effect of pulling will tend to bend the stock plates and ultimately cause the bumper to bend up or down. It is a strength issue with the plates. You may want to consider something like LOD reinforcement brackets that add strength to the oem mounting plates. It seems to be more of an issue with high mount winches, and not so much (time will tell) with hidden winches that are either straddling the frame horns or just below. I am still waiting on my R/C hidden winch mount w/12k winch. This is the reason I went this route. Just words of precaution,,,
