So after having the wrap done it was time to start on the second round of upgrades on my "Retirement Vehicle". Some of the changes were beyond what I felt like I could do myself and I took the Bronco to 2 Brothers Tire and Auto in Cleveland TN (The local Bronco experts) for the mods. Thanks to Mac and the team at 2 Brothers for the excellent work. This rounds list included:

DV8 MTO Front and Rear Bumpers w/lighting
DV8 Inner fender liners (not without a few issues caused by aftermarket suspension, working on those now)
DV8 Front Skid Plate
Fab Fours Rock Rails
Warn Zeon 12s winch
Icon Sasquatch Stage 8 Billet CDEV Suspension
aFe aluminum charge pipes and cold air intake
Whipple Intercooler
SPD Steel Catted Downpipes
Magnaflow Overland Series Cat Back
Baja Designs Light Bar and Ditch Lights
JB4 Tune
TurboSmart Blow Off Valve
Mishimoto Catch Can

I think that's it for this round...Still deciding on whether or not to go from 35's to 37's but will certainly be going to bead lock wheels. Just so you know this isn't a mall crawler it's being built for a 3 month solo trip through the Canadian back country up to Prudhoe Bay Alaska this summer. I took my Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison on a similar trip 2 years ago.

I have more things at the house that I will be adding and a couple I'm considering (if the wife doesn't file for divorce in a vain attempt to preserve our retirement savings).

Upcoming....

TrailRax Modular Half Rack
Hammer Performance Rear Tire Support

Still considering....

Goose Gear or some type of rear seat delete.
Wheels & Tires

Thanks all. I really like and appreciate the forums. You guys and gals have cost me a small fortune inspiring me with mods you've done.

I’ll have to remember 2 Brothers Tire and Auto (I’m in Dayton) for any future mods I decide to take on that are out of my experience levels!

The Bronc looks good!

Thanks and with you in Dayton it's just around the corner. I came down to them from Knoxville but still very close.

They have the big one in Townsend in April, I think, but I'd be up for something prior.

Very nice rig and congrats!! Let us know your thoughts on all upgrades after you get some more time behind the wheel.

Oh and if you haven't added one of our throttle controllers to your performance mod list by the time you take your big trip next year...please let us know and we'll send you one to try out for FREE on your journey. It will compliment your other mods nicely and its a super easy DIY install under 10 minutes. The result is zero throttle lag, better rev matching between shifts, much less foot work on highway trips and many more smiles behind the wheel. Plus digital pedal lock security as a bonus feature. If by chance you can't wait that long (your wife probably can haha ;) you can always buy one from us in the accessories section on this forum with our lowest rate of the year currently in effect thru Christmas

Thought I'd post a link of the 2 Brothers install of my parts. They have a second video coming out next week with the final results of the build...

Hopefully you will enjoy the video of what I've had done to the Bronco to date. The guys at 2 Brothers are great to deal with and hopefully they'll head to Super Celebration East this year.
