I absolutely love my Heritage, but after 9k miles, the back half shakes and rattles so much. We made a brace to help tie together the roll bar and almost every creak is now gone. I'll be powder coating mine white as my Heritage is Cactus / white.

That's nice it uses the threaded holes -- I use the ones at the top for my hammock. I'm glad those exist to make stuff like this easy.

Ford sells the Bronco Raptor c bow brace. It’s over $100 more, but better rear visibility. And since it’s matte carbon fiber, I’m sure it can be painted
I don't understand the shake and rattle after 9K. I have 20K on my 23 Badlands and don't have any of these issues. What causes yours to shake and rattle?

I'm not sure. Just noticed it 500 miles ago or so. Been wanting to make a less expensive rear brace than the Raptor one so it had a double benefit.

We are working on an arch bar version, and also one in carbon fiber.

Looks super good nice job.
Why did you use a double bar? Could you do it with just a single bar? Looks like another location to add Molle panels for storage.
Those side brackets would be a real convenient place to put some mounting studs. Like say for a hi-lift or a shovel, or anything you want to run laterally across the back.

That's nice . I'm from Alabama so I would have just used a 2x6 with hurricane brackets for mounting :)
