Green Two Door at SEMA?

Anyone have more info on the green two-door toward the bottom of the Daily Drivers @SEMA article?

Is the tire and gas cans mounted to the swing gate or are they on their own swing gates built into the bumper? I doesn't look like the JCR Vanguard bumper and swing gate setup- but that's the only similar product I've seen floating around out there. Any info someone might have is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
