How bad do those whip around on the highway?

How bad do those whip around on the highway?
Not at all really , I was sort of surprised with nothing supplying tension to hold them down. My guess is the wind pins the reel and pole down as force is met. At 60 plus MPH , they have not shifted any. I have seen a little tiny wiggle once in a while hitting a bump or pothole but nothing drastic. The pole themselves are Fast action poles so they are stiff and I would suspect not easily bendable as wind increases. Probably not good for say an ultra lite or light action pole but medium and up should be fine.
