23 Badlands - Wide Body Build

Hello everyone! My name is Brandon and here is my 23 Badlands build! Please enjoy our journey building this bronco!

Pick up at the dealership
We placed an order for a white 22 Badlands in white but after a year of waiting, decided to just look for one on a dealer lot. We came across this bronco at Citrus Ford with no dealer mark up and decided to pull the trigger on May 2023. Area 51 Blue with sasquatch and High Package.

DV8 Competition Bumpers
First thing we did was order new bumpers as we had the modular bumper ordered for our white one but this one came with the non-modular. We decided to go with Baja Design Squadron pro and Cali raised LED for the light bar. Think it looks pretty good as we are going for a pre-runner type build. Forgot to take a pic of the rear with Baja Designs in.

KING EXTERNAL RESI - CUSTOM TUNE DONE BY ACCUTUNE/ JBA OFFROAD - UCA
When it came to suspension, it was a no brainer for us to go with Kings and JBA, as we have had great experience with it before on our Toyota 4 runner overland build. We dropped them off at Accutune in San Diego for them to be custom tuned for our bronco build and the way we wanted the rebound and dampening. They are absolutely amazing!

Advance Fiberglass 8" Wide Body Kit
We decided to go with the Advance Fiberglass Fiberglass 8" wide body kit because it looked amazing on their website and wanted to try something different with our build. These are currently at the paint shop right now getting painted.

KMC Terra - BFG KO2
For wheels and tires we ordered a custom set of KMC Terras and a set of 37 KO2. Currently waiting at the shop for installation once we get the wide body back from paint and installed on the bronco. Will update with pics once we get the kit back and the fun starts getting everything dialed in!

Please leave comments or questions! We just bought the bronco 3 months ago and looking forward to hopefully meeting some members once the build is complete! We offroad alot with the Toyota groups, cant wait to wheel with some other broncos!

Can’t wait to see the fenders painted, I hope to install them on my badlands next year sometime. Will probably go with the 5” flare though as I’m gonna put 35s on so the 8” would probably be overkill for mine. Beautiful build so far!

Got a few photos back from the paint shop. After 2 months, finally get to see what they look like lol! Hopfully pick up on monday and can continue the build. These bois look wideeee lol.

Well finally got the wide body back from the paint shop. Spent 12hrs today installing it, and might have bronchitis now from the fiberglass lol. But its finally on hahaha.

Goal is to have it at the shop on friday this week for the suspension, wheels, and tires; with a sat morning pick up. will snap some picks when we pick up, 88rotors maybe doing a video with the install process as well on their social media.
ps: dont mind the dirty photos, was too tired to wash the truck for pics.
