Why are they building so many Bronco’s when I have 2 and there’s 6 recalls that can’t be fixed?

Every make, model and manufacturer has recalls.. It's not just Ford and the Bronco.. Things are just not made the way they use to be..

again I’m only talking about broncos all make and models if you have a recall then this should be taken care of. I’ve called ford and stated this problem and still waiting on parts. I have shock suspension recall, back up camera Just to name a few on my 2021 wildtrax and 2024 heritage

The shock recall fix was released today. Conveniently, for me (in full selfishness), since I found out today my passenger rear reservoir has disappeared since the last vehicle wash.
Talk to your dealers if you've been having the issue or will need reimbursement.

hi anyone have issues with their windows? Mine seem to fight going up and staying... i often have to hold the buttons and mess around - so far only seems to be the passenger doors (4 door bad lands sasquatch). THANKS!!

Just bought an F150 that had the same issue, except all 4 windows behaved that way. Apparently, on the F150's at least, it is a common issue and the windows needed to be reprogrammed by the dealer..

As soon as the windows reached the top (closed state) they would auto roll back down. It didn't matter if they were auto rolled up or manually rolled up as they would always roll back down upon reaching the top.

Dealer reprogrammed them, no issues since (fingers crossed)..

Not sure if the Bronco suffers the same fate as the F150's though. My 2dr Bronco has not had this issue..

THANKS Raqball - that's exactly what happens - and to think i traded my f150 for a bronco, i could have had the same issues - my neighbor has a relatively new F150 and cannot get her phone to work... dealer couldn't either. strange world- come a long way since my first 1997 F150 (bought with 80k miles and no bells/whistles!). later folks

The sync 4 APIM modules that Ford uses are absolute trash.. At least once a week I need to hard reset mine in the Bronco because the screen either freezes or the phone fails to connect..

There are people who have went through several APIM modules.. I've had mine replaced twice so far. The most recent one, while still problematic, works a little better than the others have..

It’s two completely different supply chains that have little to do with each other. A new car can have around 30,000 parts. All of which are scheduled long in advance and manufactured just in time so they don’t sit in massive warehouses collecting dust. It’s unreasonable to interrupt the assembly of new vehicles to fix your 6 parts.

@whatsupdk I'm assuming that you'd already tried the window reset process in the Bronco? I had this happen to me some weeks back on the left side front window and following the process helped resolve it. You'll have to make sure to only click the window switch up to the first detent. Vehicles really are modern marvels. We don't hear about when everything stays perfect.
