Time for new tires

I have 2021 Badlands non-sas with the stock tires, beadlock capable 285/70r17. I like the KO2 and want to stick with that tire but a larger size 315/70r17. My research says that I should be able to use the same rims for the larger tire, cany anyone confirm or has anyone does this? I will remove the crash bars and fix the speed-o-meter but is there anything else I need to account for when making this change?
