I've ordered an Outer Banks model. If I get a swing out tire mount will it cover up the rear view camera?

The rear view camera is at the end of the spare tire center hub. I don't see how it could function with a swing out.

Not sure why your adding an additional spare mount when its on the rear already and as above stated the rear camera is in the center hub of the factory spare mount. Be interested to hear why the addition.

No swing-out tire carriers exist yet. But when they do, they will probably include provisions for extending the cabling for the camera and CHMSL.

Thanks. I should have made clearer I was speaking of a Bronco Sport Outer Banks. I saw some online showing the swing out tire mount like you would see in a Sasquach version.

Interesting! I have no idea. Where'd you see that?

I put a Poison Spyder rear bumper on my 2018 Wrangler JKU. It has an option for their swing-out tire carrier (way too expensive IMO). I think to get a swing-out tire carrier, you will need a new aftermarket bumper and then it makes perfect sense. But I will stick with the factory installed tire carrier designed to carry the 35's.

One concern I have is stress/noise when off-road with that big spare tire tied to the tailgate. I’m just gonna have to test it out once I get mine to see if it is a nuisance or might be an issue long-term. If so, then I’d look to replace the rear bumper with something like the pic below. Solid swing gate body with rear trail lights. Just need to extend the camera wiring. Something that offered rotopax brackets on the sides or behind the tire would be sweet as well. I’m sure the aftermarket will have a few solutions for this.
