Sound deadening headliner not on window sticker

My 2 door Badlands is being built this week, supposedly on 9/28. I got my window sticker and the headliner is not on the list. I've briefly seen some other posts about this, but mostly just theories about what is happening.
My question is, anyone take delivery of their Bronco with the headliner, but it wasn't on the window sticker? I was under the impression that it was automatic. I've seen it listed on some window stickers. Some people are saying that with certain Broncos you have to have your dealer add it, but some are saying you don't. I don't think I have enough time to get it added to my Bronco at this point. I'm just confused about what is happening with it and what I'll be able to do about it.

I am right there with you. But I do remember that it was an automatic addition to Broncos that do not have the MGV, and if you want it they will add it for free but you have to tell them. So the Badlands, Black Diamond and assuming Everglades will not automatically get it. That said I don’t remember ever having an option to add it when I changed over to the Glades. If my Bronco ever gets here I will let you know. It was supposed to be here yesterday.

When I ordered my Badlands I clicked on the head liner, there was no extra charge. I guess I'll know in a couple weeks if it ends up on the window sticker.

I’m hoping to get in touch with my dealership tomorrow morning and have them change it before it goes into production. I used the chat feature on ford.com and they said that the headliner is not on my order. Apparently they missed the memo at my dealership, and I was totally unaware that certain builds had to have it added. I wish I had a closer look at my window sticker earlier.

When I ordered my Badlands I clicked on the head liner, there was no extra charge. I guess I'll know in a couple weeks if it ends up on the window sticker.

I don’t remember seeing it anywhere online when I did the build. I switched my order from a base to a badlands at some point, maybe that’s where the mixup was.

When I first ordered my Bronco, I neglected to add the sound deadening headliner. It appears in the list of options on the Build & Price. I asked my dealer to add it to my order the next day and they did. Then they reprinted my order summary with the sound deadening headliner listed among my options. I still have not been scheduled for a build date, and I will be going in this Friday to reorder my Bronco, paying special attention to selecting this option!

I think the comments are correct; it is available automatically with some trims, but you must order it with other trims. I don't believe there is a charge for it either way. Please update this thread if you (or anyone else) gets confirmation.

Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

Same here. I switched to the glades and it’s not on my sticker either. I asked the dealer and the sales guy said it “should” come with it and if not it’s $1400 to have the dealership put it on. Fingers crossed it’s on there. Blend date 9/23

It is on my Bronco Raptor™ Window Sticker (9/29/22 Blend Date); I do remember that it was something that @Ford added on my original WILDTRAK™ order because they could not deliver the painted Hardtop. It was either added automatically or it is standard on the Bronco Raptor™ as I do not remember selecting the liner when converting the order to the Raptor™ during the first week of February 2022.

Gave me a mini heart drop, checked my badlands window sticker and it is listed. I didn’t specifically ask for it because I assumed it was included because they said it was. Now whether it was done automatically or my dealer was looking out for me I don’t know.

Ok, good news and bad news. I spoke with the dealership and they cannot make any modifications because it’s actually in the plant today. Good news that it’s being built today, bad news it’s going to be without the headliner. Dealership is looking into adding it on when it gets delivered. Which, I feel like someone on their end should have known to add it to my order since I was never sent anything saying it had yo be manually added for my particular badlands.

Did you order online or did you have a sit down with a salesman when you ordered?

2021 Badlands, 4 door, 2.7L, Auto, LUX, SAS, Tow Package, MIC, Velocity Blue.

It’s not there, but that’s good advice for others since that shows up for builds before the window stickers. I’m hoping that magically someone installing my top just puts it on because they know it should be there

Sadly that’s what’s happening to my Bronco. Dealer didn’t add it to the Everglades. Keep us posted if they charge you and how much. My dealer said $1400

That’s crap that they are charging you. Supposed to be a free add on for me. Not my fault the dealership didn’t know what they were doing.
