Hi all - New Bronco owner here. I reluctantly got the soft top instead of the hard top because of availability. I have come to love the soft top, and happy I went with it, but I am starting to prep for winter...I live in WI, so I know there will be some issues with cold. I bought the Dirty Dog liner for the top and that has both reduced noise and insulated the compartment quite a bit. Most commenters here though have suggested that the majority of noise and heat loss come from the trunk area. I was wondering.....does anyone know if they make solid side panels (all cloth rather than the see through plastic windows)? Just was thinking that one solid panel might be better than the window. And frankly those windows serve no purpose from a driver perspective. There are so many aftermarket sites out there for accessories I have to imagine that someone came up with it.

Congrats on the Bronco and welcome to the Nation!! Do you have a garage? I have seen photos of soft tops caved in from being left out in the snow. I'm not sure solid cloth would be DOT legal and I don't know brands because I have a hardtop but I have seen some better soft tops at Bronco meets that are a thicker material that could help with keeping heat in as well as higher quality plastic windows that look like glass until you touch them.
