Slide-out Tailgate Dimensions

I vaguely remember seeing (or hearing) that this won't work in conjunction with the flip down table on the swing gate. Is that true?

We haven't seen both on the same rig yet. Can't say definitively that it would or wouldn't.

I could see maybe at the 90 position (depending on height) it wouldn't but fully open no reason it wouldn't work.

• Width = 954mm (37.6in)
• Length = 495mm (19.5in)

Do we know is this standard on 4dr or an accessory option? I've seen/heard both recently.

Its not standard and is supposed to be a late availability accessory.

I was thinking the swing gate wouldn't be able to close with the tailgate installed if the table sticks out into the cargo area too much. Looks like maybe an inch. But I don't know how close to the swing gate the slide-out tailgate is.

I’m curious to know if the tailgate can be installed with the rear storage vault too. I’d love to have both, but if I have to choose one, it’d have to be the vault so I can keep things locked down. Maybe the vault and folding table is a doable option too.

The table and the enclosure definitely work together; we've seen it. I doubt the slide-out tailgate will work with the enclosure though.

ahh true closed, forgot that part LOL Yea, if the one version of the pullout I saw is legit it seemed to sit back a bit. But, that's pre-production so guess we got to wait and see. I would hope they thought that out as I and probably many would want both.

It's only available for the 4 Door. This is supposed to be a late availability accessory that can be bought at your dealership. Not sure if or when it will be a factory option.

Thank you! I needed this on my wrangler so I'm happy to see the option available on Broncos.

My error - in the Bronco Accessory Portfolio Page 2/5 last item, lists VM2DZ-78407A99-A Table for swing gate by Tuffy for $199.00 which I confused with the SLIDEOUT Tailgate which I was told by my dealer is a Tuffy item.. I saw Tuffy and thought this was that.. Apologies to all!

WELL worth the investment. They are next to impossible to breach, very well build and easy to install with some engineering. I have the glovebox which went in easily enough but had to be modified for the new wiring harness expanded fuse block. Center console with four up switches, a volt gauge, dual USB charging port and a 12v outlet - kit from Wild Horses. Then for recovery gear and such, a box that is designed for the back area of the Jeep but fits nicely just in front of the tailgate with a large ammo box on each side... less stuff to have to worry about when the steel top is off in the warm months and I am out and about. Rear seat still goes in no problem.

I understand that this will be a late option, but once available, will this be available for MY21 vehicles? It looks like it would be simple enough to install.
