In General I like NW Bronco videos… well thought out and great attention to detail!!!

NW Bronco is NOT your typical “blow hard” disingenuous influencer… as a fireman/first responder…. NW Bronco gets my respect and adulation.
Thank you for sharing…
On a side note… I did follow your fire extinguisher advice and install… thanks again!!!😁

Have you thought about a long strip of velcro instead of the zip tie to hold the hook? That way can reuse instead of cut and replace each time. Just my two cents. Great video.

Wow, thank you sir! I appriciate the kind words. I'm happy to hear the fire extinguisher mount worked well. I assume you used the BADASS MOTO GEAR mount with a 2.5 pound dry chemical?

Thanks for posting this. I'm sure your helpful tips and insights will come in handy to those installing this particular winch/plate setup. I realize you had to remove your amber lights from the center when you installed the winch. But I'm not sure if you mentioned why you couldn't have amber lights in the outer holes on the modular bumper.
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

I'm a big fan of this option. It sits higher than the Ford and JCR option, so the factory approach angle is also preserved. I'm surprised you don't use your front camera that often, I find it invaluable on trails. I will definitely order a Mountains2Metal camera relocation bracket as part of the installation. I'll think it will be easier to relocate the camera at the same time I remove the bumper to reposition the other sensors.

Thanks for taking a measurement of the wheel spacing so we know how the extra weight will affect the suspension. I haven't seen anyone else provide that information yet.

Happy day! My wife just told me that she needed another Christmas gift idea for me, so I told her to get me this winch plate. She pulled the trigger!

I used a Weber grill cover to protect mine. As with your cover, it has strings. So far, it has stayed on at speeds up to 80, but I haven't tried an auto car wash, probably just pop it off for that.

What is the weight for just the plate w/ out the winch? I don't see it listed on their site. Also, regarding your lights are you not interested in the bumper pocket options?

I did try to relocate the 3" pod lights to the top of the bumper, but the back of the lights hit the grill. I need a bracket that will push the lights out about a 1/4". It's really close though.

The listed weight of the box on Amazon is 35 pounds without the winch. The listed weight of the winch is 64 pounds. Total is about 100 pounds.

I'd like to mount the lights above the bumper in case I remove the front bumper end caps for clearance.
