I have the Hooke Offroad. It has been on my Bronco for about a year. The good: It was easy to assemble, once assembled it seems pretty sturdy. The only bad is that on the front plate corner the paint was chipped new out of the box. Of course, I didn't notice this until I had it assembled. Instead of sending me a new front plate, Hooke offered me a $10 refund and suggested I buy some spray paint from Amazon. LOL. Well, I would have sent it back but I was in a hurry to prep for a trip for my daughters wedding. We had the rear packed and a load of stuff in the rack. Days like those, I think I should have bought a Suburban! Still the Bronco is more fun to drive and I don't often need the huge space or the price of a Suburban.

Did not instill confidence in the brand. Customer service was responsive but meh. But I just rechecked and actually they gave me 10% back or about $30.00. So not bad really but a new plate would have made me happier.

Question for BobN.
what bolts are you using in your roof rack channels on your Hooke Rd roof rack? Having the darnedest time finding a bolt that will work.

please see question above in this thread. Thx

I'm not using any bolts. I use hooks from bungee cords to hold my stuff in. My guess is you would want to use a channel nut or square nut. Not sure of the size.
