Looking both the Oracle fog lights and Rough Country fog lights for the HD Mod bumper. Anyone have reason to recommend one over the other? Oracle about $60 more expensive, installation into AUX looks very simple. Curious about quality of both and installation ease for Rough Country

I went with the Oracle. I felt they had a more natural fit and looked like they belonged in that spot

I'd go with oracle. I've bought from rough country and 2 of the 3 items I bought didn't fit right and need modifications. Locking drawer was one.

Just added Rough Country Fog Lights couple weeks ago. Used the existing Fog lights harness to operate. Works great. Will use my Auxiliary switches for future add ons. Time will tell on durability. Lights are bright.

I went with BAJA Design, yeah a bit more expensive but the fit and warranty is what drew me...

I really like the Heretic Studios lights offered here on Bronco Nation. I saw them at Super Cel West and they looked phenomenal.

Anybody with experience of diffused ("fog") lights on the A-pillar position ("ditch lights")?
I already have diffused/fog lamps in the bumper. I'm thinking of installing them on the A-pillar (hood mirror bracket) with a pivoting mount. I'd have them aimed forward for regular duty, but the pivot would allow me to direct them to the side for other purposes, namely, to flood a camp site. A fog/diffused LED would spread the light out and perhaps not be so blinding. This scheme would require two auxiliary switches, one for each side, if I went through with this.

Any thoughts?

I think this would probably serve your needs, providing better light, easier to position for a camp site, and less expensive: https://heavydutylighting.com/products/high-output-square-magnetic-base-work-light-1

Thanks! That looks like a handy thing to keep in a vehicle tool box. I'm thinking of something along the line of a ditch light that can be used for trail and/or driving in inclemental weather. It looks like a useful item to keep on board. I just might get it.

I have seen these mounted up. Very nice from Ford Performance.

They look good, as displayed. I'll definitely check them out. Hopefully they come in fog/diffused as well as spot illumination. My goal is to have something that can illuminate a campsite without draining the battery, from the vehicle's side, as well as provide fog/rain/trail lighting. Thanks!

Why do you need to use two aux switches? Or is that What you want to do?

My thinking is to have separate lamps, left & right, for camping. Thus, separate circuits/switches. I'm also thinking of mounting them on the front corners of a roof rack, along with a forward-facing center array. That would use three switches: one left, one center, and one right. If I proceed with this, I'll want a pivot base, so they can face forward for inclement weather and trail driving, or pivot to the side for lighting up a camp site. The Ford lamps that Hpr376 suggested, above, look promising, if they're available with fog/diffused lenses.

I'm inclined to go with Heretic ditch lights (on the A-piller) in amber for fog lights.
https://gear.thebronconation.com/products/ford-bronco-ditch-light-kitThanks to acesandeights (above) for the idea of a simple magnetic-mounted flood light I can take out for camping. The virtue of that is I could move it anywhere around the vehicle for camping--or nighttime repairs.

Thanks for keeping me in mind--you're a real Bronco buddy, which sounds silly, but you know what I mean.
I came across that mount elsewhere--looks good. As I mentioned I'm thinking of going fixed base with an attractive Heretic fixed A-pillar mount (same as the 40-inch bar for the TrailRax rig), and use a simple magnetic-based light(s) from Harbor Freight or some place. (With felt on the bottom to protect the paint).
Keep wheeling!

I went with Diode's. I might have gotten too strong a set for the streets, but I otherwise don't regret my decision at all
