Are you trying to Grow? or just make it easier. I can see if you Shopify you might have more customers it would be a more trustworthy site to someone that doesn't know you or not from around BN. But I liked the personal communications we had. its been a cool winter and we haven't had the opportunity to use the top yet but it is on and ready for the sun, maybe this Sunday...

I dont mind the personal touch and being able to make sure every customer is happy. But I know my HTML skills are lacking and my site may not look so professional. I am leaning on sticking with the personal touch method as so many have make comments on how much they like it. Appreciate the response all and will continue to monitor here for more.

I think your personal touch and making sure customers get the right top for their needs helps add to your reputation and prevents returns and prevents customer frustration.

Maybe hire a web programmer to make you a snazzy website that requires little maintenance / upkeep if you'd like a prettier website.

You make a great bikini and I personally couldn't care less what your website looks like as the product and support is top notch.

My .02.

I need to order another from you as mine came up MIA in my move..

I’m a real believer in the personal touch. It may be labor intensive but it fosters relationships Shopify will never be able to mimic… my 2¢

I think it’s a scale question. I like that I got to speak to you directly and I think that is worthwhile. I guess the question is whether you have the bandwidth to do that for every inquiry.

Speaking off- I’m going to hit you up sometime this month about a set of the cross bars- just waiting to get a little closer to top off weather.
