First off, I'm new to the group. Thanks for welcoming into your community. This is my first post here as well.
I'm looking for a snorkel for my 2023 Bronco Raptor. So far, I've been striking out in my search. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Welcome!!

I have seen nothing for the Bronco Raptor yet. There have been a handful available for the 2.3L—probably largely due to the fact that engine has been available on the Ranger and Everest for quite awhile now. And I have seen a few people modify the Everglades snorkel for the 2.7L, but I can tell you that approach is not going to work with the Bronco Raptor since it has the performance air intake.

I'm sure someone will come up with something eventually. Up until now the 3.0L has only been used in Lincoln products and the Explorer ST—neither of which are exactly off-roading vehicles. But with the 3.0L available in both the Bronco Raptor and Ranger Raptor I suspect it's only a matter of time.

Welcome to the Nation.
I guess I need to park next to a Braptor Scott maybe and compare the Braptor and the Everglades and see if there is any way to make it work.

Welcome to the Nation. The manual has a max depth, see below. I am wondering what your thoughts are with the engine and how deep you plan to go?

Raptor max water depth.37 Inches pg 323

When you are driving through water do not exceed 4 mph (7 km/h). pg 324

When driving too fast in water or through deep water, the engine, transmission, transfer case, axles, electrical components or vehicle interior could ingest water. Water can cause permanent damage that may not be covered by your vehicle warranty. See Driving Through Water Limitations(page 323).

Interested to hear your thoughts.. Thanks

I wonder how the Everglades handles it? It has a snorkel.

EDIT>> Nevermind.
"The Ford Bronco Everglades can ford up to 36.4 inches of water. This is about three inches more than other Broncos (and 1/2" less than the Braptor.) . The Everglades trim has a custom-designed snorkel and raised vent tubes for the axles, transmission, and transfer case. These features allow the vehicle to drive through up to 36.4 inches of water."

So it seems the Everglade's snorkel is more aesthetic than functional, considering the Braptor gets another 1/2" without it.

Cuz I want it ALL!!! ;-)
I wanna climb the rocks, speed run through the deserts, ford the bogs and streams, from the redwood forests, to the gulf stream waters, from sea to shining sea, to grandmother's house we go.

It seems so.....interesting. It seems the Raptor has raised vent tubes as well. Not sure but it would make sense.

I've wondered this myself. The Raptor probably gets its higher fording depth from its additional ground clearance/larger tires. Haven't crawled under and examined the vent tubes to verify their location yet though.

Yeah if you put the Everglades on the Braptor suspension it would have a higher fording depth. It is the raised vents that help the most, you can see them when you open the hood. Also know the snorkel only helps with water fording it is really to help get clean air in dusty conditions. And it is really nice to be able to flip the intake to the back side to help with dust even more. Plus when in sand mode with the windows down that snorkel makes a glorious sound even from the 2.3l I could only imagine what the 3.0 Braptor would sound like.

That's one of the things I like about the Everglades snorkel. Can face it forward on the highway for a little extra airflow, and backwards for cleaner air.
