Has anyone seen an overhead radio bar that goes for the top of the divers door to the top of the passenger door, for the Bronco?
There’s not many good places to mount a ham radio in the Bronco
I had one on my JK and it worked well for me. I wrote the company that made them for the Jeep and they didn’t have one and weren’t planning to make one for the Bronco

Sorry - I don’t have a good solution for ya.

The challenge with that setup in the Bronco is the existence of side curtain airbags that deploy from the horizontal portion of the rollbar. Our Jeep Wranglers don’t have that feature/function…

I didn’t think nod that. Thank you. Do you think a bar attached to the top of the roll bar would interfere with a curtain airbag under it?

Yeah, we are also limited in under seat mounting space too. I’m trying to find a spot for the WeBoost unit. It’s currently laying under the rear seats and keeps getting unplugged by boys feet……

I know on the Wrangler there was also a mounting panel from front to roll bar in the middle. JCR makes a Molle Panel, and Tuffy makes a lock box version. Of course this would have to reach to behind the rear seats in the Bronco but it’s an idea!

I don’t know for sure if any thing attached would interfere but, I am confident that no one wants to screw around with the liability associated with a safety device like that.

The plastic roll bar cover needs to be displaced when the airbag deploys so any obstructions in, on or around it could potentially reduce the effectiveness of the device.
