First ISO is self explanatory, still haven’t found good stickers or custom AUX stickers yet.

Second one though? I will probably be going on long hauls quite often and the small fuel tank is the only thing I’m not looking forward to. I want to find either a bigger tank that meets OEM warranty requirements or put a second one in somehow.

I contacted a couple of companies and they have stated the tank is part of the emissions system, for gas engines. They make them for diesel engines, because the EPA handles certification differently. You will need an auxiliary (second) tank that is not connected to the system, for a gas engine.

I agree that the 2-door Bronco's fuel tank is too small. Currently looking at about 320 miles/tank. That's about 5.5 hours at 20 mpg at 60 mph until empty. If you refill at 1/4 tank then you are filling up every 4 hours.

I think having extra gas on board is a great idea...but it takes up space.
