A Tacoma 3rd gen bed dimensions between wheel wells is 42” x 60”.
The 6 gen bronco 4d cargo width is 42”x 65”. See where the rail supports fit in the Tacoma short bed, well with in the width of 42”. You could cut off the unwanted Decked rail outer supports or just eliminate them all together.

With the 4D back seat, delete your left with a hump and 2 bolts sticking up. Personally, I wouldn’t have a problem sawing off the two. Still leaves you with other bolts to reinstall the back seats. Would be easy to put other mounting in to replace the two you cut off.

The DECKED’s deck would width need to be circle saw, rip cut down to fit the 42”.

Cons;

#1, With the 4D back seat, delete your left with a hump and 2 bolts sticking up. Personally, I wouldn’t have a difficulty sawing off the two. Still leaves you with other bolts to reinstall the back seats. Would be easy to put other mounting into, replace the two you cut off.

#2, Also there are two plastic wings that may need to be cut. Not at all a safety issue but I try to stay stock as much as possible when modding.

#3, My estimate the Decked system will sit about 10/11” tall. The opening with the back window down is 21”. Window open is 63” tall opening. Also, due to the back seat mounting hardware you will lose another inch in height.

#4, Plus the well of the back seats will be hard to access because the drawer will be covering that space. Maybe accessible with both drawers pull out 2 feet or so. This asks, is the drawers worth the loss of cargo space?

#5, Also, you will not have any access to the jack trunk. You could reclaim that space for other things that you don’t need to get too.

#6, Cost, This mod could be a deal if you buy a used system, I’ve seen them go for $400 to $750 used.
