Todays a beautiful day, this evening it’ll rain though, so meantime I drove my girl the way shes meant to be driven

blessing in disguise was when some schmuck exits and drives ssssllloowwwlllyyy, like tf you cut me off for?!

inadvertently missed my exit, but had more time to cruise, long way to work. Probably went low 60s max, but then I realized I need something to secure my tops, as the one window would of flew away if there wasn’t the piece to slide it in (back window)

Looking for recommendations on how to store them so if I were to take it all with me on the highway, wont wind up killing someone

Thanks in Advance

Mike

i think they are, just more my fear of hurting them to of tried it, plus the side pieces had the mounts that keep them from flying around

You could always look into the Jeep Wrangler soft top window storage bags. They have some that hook to the back of the head rests

Can you stow them under the rear seats? I have not been in the two door, and dont know how much room is back there. Could you sort of taco-roll them and slide 'em underneath?

Has anyone found a good approach? I worried about scratching them.

That's a terrible idea, when do we start?

There are a couple of storage bags coming onto the market. I haven't bought one yet, but here's one that currently available.

seems to me you may get scratches w/ all windows in one bag

Maybe put towels between them if you're concerned about that? Even the side of the bag could, conceivably, scratch them unless they have some kind of soft padding.

Do agree with that, don't forget clean. Face it you keep them in good shape at home then expect to deal with the adventure or don't give a rats ass about the scratches it will eventually happen if not by by someone else.

I store the rear window in the rear under Tuffy fixed lid. Sides of the rear piece fold under like inverted U. The side panels fit underneath but I prefer to store them vertically behind rear seats against enclosure wall. Fit perfectly in 2" gap.

I wouldnt roll them up, or stack them without a anti scratch cloth between them. As they vibrate from windage or bumps, any grit will scratch them. Use a towel or pillow case...or aftermarket bags like listed above.
