Full body 4-door Skid Plate recommendations

I think skid plates are standard now on Wildtrak, but yeah... in previous model years it was an optional package that you had to add to your order.

Anyway, you can order the skid plates standalone if you want here from Ford Accessories. Or if you want to take the opportunity to upgrade to some solid aftermarket options, I would absolutely take a look at these from Next Venture Motorsports.

What Bronco Nation. Have a 4-door Wildtrek & looking to add some skid plates as Ford decided we didn’t need them. Not planning to use my just for groceries, so I was curious what you all are using?

It is funny though how they think the 2.7 transmission crossmembers are optional. 😆
I guess in reality they are kinda optional since the 2.7 is optional.

Have heard a few people use these guys out of St. Paul, Nebraska. Have the full body skid in either aluminum or steel.

Heh, I had a chuckle about that too.

Also makes me want to go out to the parking lot right now to see if I have those crossmembers or not as a 2.3L owner.

But yeah, Next Venture's stuff is top of the line (with a price to match). Probably overkill for the vast majority of people though.
