At this point, idgy Ford still offers the ricer hood scoop instead of a real hood with a scoop option?
I get let the AM have it's fun, but it keeps dropping the ball like a klutz

You could just have it wrapped In Carbon Fiber vinyl. If you are into that sort of thing. I do like it painted though.

I thought about wrapping my entire Bronco but decided not to right out of the gate. If I time it all right, I could have the hood wrapped at the same time I wrap my entire Bronco. Probably would be smarter that way versus paying to paint the hood, then wrap it. Eventually, it would probably need to be painted but could get away with it for a bit.

Just curious, what prices did you come up with. I haven't priced yet. I am probably going to get it painted flat black so when I run upper light bar it won't have as much glare. My rig is cactus gray if it ever gets built.

So Looking at their video, I did not see any ducting for a Ram Air set up. The Bronco breathes from the Passenger front corner. Has anyone seen any provisions to make this happen? Maybe you could use an Everglades airbox and open it up about midway through the Engine compartment and duct from the top.
Sub question- Would Ram Air really even be noticeable with the turbo set up? I mean the forced induction from the turbo is probably the limiting meter on how much air the engine breathes in right?

The quotes I got were around $3-4K. I wanted mine to be carbonized grey to match my Bronco. Black makes sense on a cactus grey to reduce the glare.

Oh my. I was thinking like $500 to $1000. The hood is about $1500 shipped. That's getting into $45 to $5500 range. I will order EBay 3M wrap and try myself or get the old spray gun out before I pay that. Hopefully flat black won't be that high.
