Bumper Plugs for Front Plate Bracket Holes

As someone in a front plate state I figure there's a chance my front plate bracket gets installed even after requesting the dealer leave it off. I came across this company called Bumper Plugs which makes plugs for the holes painted in the manufacturers paint color. They have Ford options available, and while they might not have all the unique Bronco paints available yet my guess is they will eventually: https://bumperplugs.com/bumperplugs/bumperplugs-for-ford

I'm getting my Bronco in Velocity Blue and they already have it as an option. I figure I can plug the holes and go with a shackle mounted plate solution.

I used them on a Ruby Red Explorer and they worked great. Aren't all the available Bronco bumpers black? I guess I'm not sure where exactly the holes will be.

I saved $30 by telling the bronco guy at my dealer to request Ford not putting the plate brackets in on the first place

I told mine that, but they said it could be installed at a local distribution center before reaching the actual dealership since it's a front plate state. Not much I can do about it because the alternative is to walk away from the car.

In Houston the motorcycle cops have a habit of hanging out around the under pass turnaround lanes and will pick off folks for their front plate and registration lapses to get some cash for the city. Been pulled over once before in my Mustang for it.
