BroncoNation store issue with new member

Has anyone had an issue with the Bronco store after becoming a paid member and not reflecting the discounts? Just wondering if there is something I'm missing. I emailed bronconation and they said my membership was current but that's it. Anybody else deal with this and have a fix?

Also....I have cleared cookies and history. Used different browsers, computers, logged off and back on. No fix yet.
